HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELLERY TO ARRIVE?

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days. Items made to order will take longer to be completed and posted. As a general rule of thumb please allow 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Parcels will be sent first class and tracked. 

DO YOU DO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR YOUR JEWELLERY?

No return or refund requests will be accepted unless there is an issue with the item. Please get in touch to discuss further.

WHAT PROCESS DO YOU USE TO MAKE YOUR JEWELLERY?

Created using the lost wax process, GB4NG jewellery is made between my London home and a casting foundry. Each piece is individually hand made.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY JEWELLERY?

Sterling silver will tarnish over time with wear. Occasionally polishing your jewellery with a silver polishing and a soft lint-free cloth will reduce the effects. Store your jewellery away from other pieces to avoid it getting scratched and avoid contact with chemicals when wearing, such as perfumes and makeup.
